Kathmandu Kings XI, one of the six franchises of Nepal’s Everest Premier League, has auctioned Pakistan’s renowned and ever-green cricketer, Shahid Khan Afridi, for the Everest Premier League (EPL 2021).
As the contest proceeds attracting big names from the cricketing fraternity, the megastar now will feature Kathmandu’s men in Nepal’s biggest T20 competition.
The 44-year old has widely been featuring different teams in distinctive tournaments after he put a full stop in front of his international career back in 2018. EPL is now one of the many leagues Afridi will play for.
His active participation in cricket tournaments not only has been glared up after the end of his international career, but during his active tenure, he has bagged for different alliances such as the Indian Premier League, Bangladesh Premier League, Caribbean Premier League, Big Bash League, many more and more to go.
