Javed Afridi, the Peshawar Zalmi’s owner, is joyful as Pakistan is ready to host the sixth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) inside its stadium rather than hosting it in any country.
Afridi says that the entire edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2020) has been organized at UAE and its venues. Pakistan successfully is taking steps to establish its very own T20 league’s upcoming season in its own stadiums.
COVID situation is at its worth that forces at least India to move the IPL outside,. Still, Pakistan chose to organize PSL 2020 entirely in Pakistan despite the outbreak threats.
The management is preparing to adjust the sixth PSL in Pakistan’s stadiums as the National Stadium Karachi, and Gadaffi Stadium Lahore are all set to blister for the stars.
Notably, the Board of Control of Cricket in India (BCCI), once called PSL as the Dubai Premier League as the cricket-loving nation hosted its matches at Dubai amidst some problems.
It is a tit for tat situation for BCCI and India as they are obliged to entertain their T20 league outside India, and no matter what, Pakistan are stuck to their own nation gracefully.
PSL in Pakistan, IPL in Dubai: Javed Afridi’s happiness at its peak
“India not able to host IPL in India but full credit to Pakistan Gov and PCB for Hosting PSL 6 In Pakistan, we will try best to make crowd presence too in PSL6”, Javed Afridi.
Congratulations to the Pakistan Cricket Board and the government on the draft of Pakistan Super League and hosting Pakistan Super League Season 6 in Pakistan, Javed Afridi
