The pick order for the sixth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL 2021) has been revealed officially. The post goes viral as the official Twitter account of PSL has posted an hour back about the pick order.
The first pick has been presented to the two times PSL champions, Islamabad United whereas, the management has chosen Karachi Kings (KK) at the end of the list.
The CEO of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Wasim Khan has also mentioned the tentative dates just like the previous season. According to the speculation, the tournament is looked forward by the authorities to implement on-screen by 20th February. However, the official schedule is to be released later.
Wasim also says that the four venues; Karachi, Multan, Lahore, Rawalpindi, that held the PSL 5, will continue to host the six franchises for PSL 2021 as well.
Notably, the tournament is expected to go open-air without spectators as the COVID-19 cases continue to rise.

“We are looking to start from February 20th to March 21st and these are the tentative dates just like the last season,” he said.
“We have informed the franchises and they are aware of these dates. The matches will be played at the same four venues, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi,” he added.
