He was well supported by Khushdil Shah, Imad Wasim and Faheem Ashraf with Faheem Ashraf paying a quick cameo of 31 of just 18 with Two 4s and 3 Sixes. Pakistan started well with the ball but one would feel they were few runs short. Had it been 170 then the result might be different. However Shaheen Afridi and Haris Rauf were superb with the ball as they took 2 amd 3 wickets respectively in their combined 8 overs but couldn’t get the support from other bowlers and in the end, it was an easy win for the Black Caps.

Debutant Jacob Duffy was the man of the Match for his brilliant performance with the ball claiming 4 wickets for 33 in 4 Overs.

Kiwis go 1-0 in the 3-match series amd surely Pakistan will look to bounce back strongly in the next game. The second game will be played on Sunday, 20th December 2020 at Hamilton and let us see who will come out on top. Will Pakistan make a strong comeback or will Kiwi rap up the series by winning the second T20 too?
