More Names of Star Players Who’ll Be Part of PSL 7 Draft:

With just a week away from the drafts of the biggest T20 event of Pakistan, we’ve some news regarding which foreign players will be a part of PSL 7. According to sources, as many as 356 international players have shown their interest to feature in Pakistan Super League’s seventh edition. Some of the prominent names will miss out this year due to their national duty. However there is still a lot of star power in the league.

Many foreign players who have done well in previous PSL editions will be seen in action once again in PSL 7. In the Platinum Category, there is Rashid Khan, Colin Munro, Chris Gayle, David Miller, Rilee Rossouw, Tymal Mills, Jason Roy, James Vince, Liam Livingstone, David Willey, Isuru Udana, Thisara Perera, Tabraiz Shamsi and Merchant De Lange. There could be some more additions in this list when it is officially announced. Some of these platinum category foreign players are partially available.

The diamond category has some previous editions stars like James Faulkner, Ben Cutting, Alex Hales, Imran Tahir, Ben Dunk, Lewis Gregory, Samit Patel, David Wiese Sherfane Rutherford, Fabian Allen, Hazratullah Zazai, Najibullah Zadran and Qais Ahmed. While the new foreigners in diamond categories include, Rehmanaullah Gurbaz, Kusal Mendis, Dushmantha Chameera, Dane Vilas, Harry Brooks and Dan Lawrence. These are just same names out of many more who have registered for the seventh edition of PSL.

495 Local Players are included in Gold, Silver and Emerging categories. Some of the names of the gold categories are as follows:

Abdullah Shafique, Abid Ali, Ahmed Shehzad, Azhar Ali, Bilal Asif, Fawad Alam, Umar Akmal, Haris Sohail, Junaid Khan, Khurram Manzoor, Rumman Raees, Saud Shakeel, Tabish Khan and Yasir Shah are some of the players in the Gold category.

PSL seven will begin from 27 January in Karachi. The event will conclude on 27th February 2021 in Lahore. PSL 7 Draft will be held on Sunday, 12th December 2021.
