Karachi is seen suffering heavy traffic blows from Day 1 when the first cricket match was organized here. Whenever any guest team or any special guest arrives, the main routes are blocked for public transport and Karachiites continue to suffer.

As the first test out of two, Pak vs SA Karachi Test is to take place on 26th January, the Karachi traffic police have issued the revised traffic plan. The mentioned below routes should be avoided by the citizens to avoid any inconvenience later.

Karachiites should avoid these roads during Pak vs SA Karachi Test

University road:

The New Town and the University roads are strict to be closed for the heavy and public transport. Small vehicles will be proceeding towards the stadium signal but the traffic from Sohrab Goth to NIPA, Liaquatabad 10 to Hassan Square, and PP Chowrangi to Stadium road will not be born.

Karsaz:

Karsaz and Shahra e Faisal routes will not allow public or heavy transports, however, the small vehicles should take the Habib Ibrahim Rehmat Ullah route.

Dalmia:

The Dalmia route and the millennium road to the stadium signal will not allow heavy/public transport but the small vehicles in limited amount will proceed.

Hassan Square flyover:

From Liaquatabad to Hassan Square and University road routing to Sir Shah Suleman Road, no heavy or public vehicles are allowed. Traffic will be diverted from flyover to University road and the stadium flyover is not permitted to use by local transport at any cost.
