Iram Javed, one of the notable names from the Pakistan Women’s cricket team was called on Cricketholic’s Talkshalk segment. We have asked her a few questions that will entertain and attract any cricket lover.

The girl started her professional career back in 2013 and since then, she has been representing Pakistan on different occasions. Iram is showing performances in T20Is and other than that, she is spotted in List-A cricket with her smashing batting.

A few of the performances for PCB dynamites are also notable. Notably, she got her name in the ICC Women’s World Cup 2020 squad. Since then, cricket and other sports are halted amidst the COVID outbreak, however, things are getting back to the norm now.

Here are the questions:

How have you spent your COVID days?

The body and the mind state get disturbed mentally. I have missed cricketing days but things are getting back to usual slowly.

What are your plans for the future? How much cricket is remaining in you to represent Pakistan?

If we talk about Pakistan, there are no limitations… just play and play to represent the country everywhere.

Discussing the leagues, if you get a chance to choose and represent any franchise of BBL Women by your wish, which team it would be?

I have heard more about Sydney Thunders. BBL ain’t an ordinary platform, hence, it will be respectable for me to represent Pakistan in that league.

Do you believe there should be PSL for women too?

Yes indeed, we even have requested PCB multiple times to form such leagues for women as well.

Which team will you represent in PSL if it gets launched for females?

It is a tough one but as I am from Lahore, I’d go for it. Anyhow, any team will be okay.
