The sixth encounter of the HBL PSL 6 continues at the National Stadium Karachi. Karachi Kings are giving real tough times to Islamabad United with classy boundaries.

Babar Azam and Sharjeel Khan helped Kings reach 196 with their 62 off 54 and 105 of 59 respectively. Sharjeel proved himself as a destructive opener whereas, Babar continued his class.

The duo made a partnership of 176 runs that became the highest partnership at any wicket in the history of PSL. Islamabad failed in bowling depart suffering massive blows.

The bowlers came up with three no-balls that turned into wickets unluckily. So many extra runs could have cost them a target of over 200 but the dead overs were not as bad as they stopped the runs.

Hasan grabbed Sharjeel Khan remaining the best bowler from IU’s end whereas Husain Talat’s luck worked picking up Mohammad Nabi after a boundary.

Babar Azam & Liam Livingstone: PSL 2019

Babar had earlier enjoyed the class bringing up the highest partnership in PSL. However, that record now ranks second as the classy player has summoned up 176 run-stand with Sharjeel Khan in the going on encounter against the Shadab-led United.

Kings’ Livingstone and Azam played together t get 157 runs that became the second-highest partnership in PSL then – after Dunk-Patel 155 vs Quetta.

Ben Dunk & Samit Patel: PSL 2020

Dunk-Patel brought the second-highest partnership (third highest now) in 2020 playing their match against Quetta Gladiators. The duo acknowledged 155 runs that became the best after Babar-Livinsgtone’s 157 vs MS in 2019.
