Do Multan Sultans have the firepower to be successful in PSL 6?

The postponed Pakistan Super League 6 saw Multan Sultans claiming the fifth spot on the points table after grabbing just one win in 5 games. Although Multan was neither too bad nor too good and was involved in some nail-biting thrillers.

The last year semi-finalists suffered their most heartbreaking defeat against Peshawar Zalmi in a thriller when a target of 194 by Multan looked unachievable at one stage for Zalmi. However, it was Haider Ali’s blitz in the end which took Multan over the line and denied Sultans their second win. Multan Sultans bagged their only win against Lahore Qalandars in the Punjab derby.
