Who is the first cricketer to smash 200 on 100th Test?

England’s Joe Root has become the first to smash 200 on 100th Test – a double ton on his hundredth test match. As the first test between England and India continues at Chennai Stadium, a pile of breathtaking performances has been witnessed. Out of them, Root’s innings has stayed appreciative.

Other than that, he is now the second visiting captain to score a double hundred against India in India, Clive Llyod scored magnificent unbeaten 242 against India in Mumbai in 1975.
